The DELTA 2’s ~80-minute 0–100% AC recharge was class-leading when it launched; the DELTA 3 cuts it to about 56 minutes — the fastest figure in our entire database. In daily terms both are “charge while you pack” units, so the gap matters most mid-outage: with intermittent grid power or one generator-hour a day, the DELTA 3 banks a full 1,024 Wh where the DELTA 2 banks about 70% of one. Solar input is unchanged at 500 W on both — a roughly two-hour ideal-sun refill (1,024 ÷ 500 ≈ 2.05) that stretches to an afternoon at real-world yields — so panel-first households gain nothing generationally there.
